Debit Card Missing, Likely Stolen

Wilkesboro Police are looking to question a clerk at a local convenience store, after a woman reports her debit card is missing. 26-year old Angela Pardue of Hays reports she realized the card was missing Tuesday afternoon. The last time she'd used it was early Tuesday morning, at the Fast Track in front of Wal Mart. She thinks she left the card on the counter. When she called her bank to report the card missing, she was told there were three charges made on the card after her purchase at the Fast Track. Two of them were made in the Fast Track about 1:30 in t he morning. The other was made at Arby's early that afternoon. Pardue was unable to tell officers the name of the clerk on duty at the Fast Track that night, but she described him, and officers are still trying to contact him for questioning.
