Three Democratic candidates running for the N.C. House District 72 seat generally agree on issues regarding jobs, economic development and education, but the campaigning has been hot with some acrimony and accusations.

Hundreds of kids in caps and jackets bobbed around the brilliant green field during the “egg dash” benefiting Lillie’s Friends Foundation. Many enjoyed the festivities after participating in a 5K run.
