Proposals sought to help reduce drunk driving and underage drinking

BOONE – The Watauga PARC (Preventing Alcohol Related Crashes) is seeking proposals from community groups for creative projects that will help reduce drunk driving and/or impact underage drinking.  Mini-grants will be awarded for the projects in the amounts of $500 to $1,500.
